To support the efforts of the furniture and furnishing accessories industry, the State has established that the renovation of its kitchen, included in the context of a building renovation, will benefit from the IRPEF deduction bonus of 50%.

The deduction is divided into 10 equal annual installments.

The maximum ceiling amounts to € 16,000. To give a practical example, if € 5,000 is spent on the purchase of a set of kitchen furniture in the calendar year 2021, the maximum allowable deduction will be 50% of the expense, therefore € 2,500.
